It states that the drill started with an alarm at 8 pm, including the Indian Army, National Disaster Response Force (NDRF), Fire Brigade, District Administration, Municipal Corporation (MC), Police, Health Department, Civil Defense, NCC, Nehru Yuva and others, which indicated sharp coordination among many agencies. Conducted by the district administration in collaboration with the defense officers, the exercise followed a real -time emergency response.SDM Ludhiana (East) Jasleen Kaur Bhullar said that an incident command post was immediately installed within the premises where the nodal officials of the participating departments were called. “Fire Brigade and NDRF demonstrated on management techniques, while other teams showed ways to save and treat individuals during emergency, emphasizing the life -saving protocol”.Deputy Commissioner Himanshu Jain stressed that the drill was designed to increase public awareness and to ensure readiness for any district-wide emergence.
