‘Neck on the knee’: Indian original man in Australia, Gaurav Kundi, who was ‘attacked’ by the police during a dramatic arrest, dies

Gaurav Kundi, a 42 -year -old Indian -origin person and two father of two, died of ‘unavoidable’ brain injury in Australian police custody, when he was dramatically arrested from outside his house. During the arrest, Kundi lost consciousness and was admitted to a hospital in critical condition with severe brain injury. Earlier this week, he died when he was surrounded by his family members. Kundi’s arrest included a lot of plays as the patrol police thought there was a dispute between him and his wife. But his wife Amritpal Kaur, who made a video of the arrest, later said that he told the police that he was her husband and there was no attack, but he was fighting loudly. Despite the wife’s petition, he alleged that Kundi was stopped by the police with a knee on his neck. He told the police that what he saw in the form of domestic violence was a loud fight between a couple. The latch was intoxicated and loud, not violent, he told the police. “I have done nothing wrong,” Kundi shouted while Kaur filmed. But when the police allegedly succumbed to their neck and Kundi became unanswered, his wife got scared and closed the camera.Kundi’s arrest and results instigated a commissioner’s investigation, where South Australia Police Commissioner Grant Stevens told ABC Radio Adelaide that the investigation would be “on top of an inquiry” by the key crime and internal investigation block spies. SA police said that no one was shot, and no police tasar was deployed at the scene.
Police say that no knee was applied at any time …
A senior investigating officer who investigated the commissioner has reviewed the vision wearing a body and confirmed that no time was applied to Mr. Kundi’s neck. His head was not forced into a car or road at any point. However, the use of restrictions during this incident will be closely investigated during the investigation of the Commissioner.
