Now, RJD, Moitra & Pucl Move Supreme Court | Bharat News

After the Association for Democratic Reforms, NGO People’s Union for Civil Liberty (PUCL), TMC MP Mahua Motra and RJD have filed several petitions filed by various parties, have contacted the Supreme Court against the Special Intensive Amendment (SIR) of the Election Commission, which is illegally working in the house. The parties are likely to mention the case before SC on Monday for immediate hearing. Motra, in his petition, said that the order imposed illegally transferred the burden of proving eligibility from the state to a personal electoral and arbitrarily excluded the approved identity documents such as Aadhaar and ration cards. Citizens have to move the burden of voter authentication, and to see every citizen with suspicion, until proved to be otherwise, is a violation of constitutional spirit, and also in the direct violation of the legal plan, in which the EC is bound, he said. The PUCL, which moves SC through Advocate Talha Abdul Rahman, presented that the time of the decision is “deliberately visible to disintegrate Bihar’s mobile workforce during the important electoral period”.
