Srinagar/Jammu: Ministers of Jammu and Kashmir government led by Umar Abdullah have excluded several states in the last two days, meeting with Chief Ministers and other top officials, who have to coordinate assistance to Kashmiris who have launched the attacks and threatened in view of the Pahalgam Terror Attack, who targeted tourists.
“J&K government is in touch with the governments of the states where this report is arising out of (attacks and dangers). I am also in touch with my counterpart Chief Ministers in these states and requested that they take extra care,” Omar has posted on X.
Officials said Deputy CM Surinder Chaudhary led the outreach, flying to Mumbai where he was slated to extend the matter with the Maharashtra government.
Health Minister Sekena Itu was in Chandigarh on Saturday, where he met Punjab Governor and Chandigarh UT Administrator Gulab Chand Kataria. He discussed the safety and safety of the students and business community from J&K. Itu requested Kataria to take steps to create a sense of security among the Jammu and Kashmir original inhabitants in the region. Forest Minister Javed Ahmed Rana traveled to Lucknow. A government spokesperson said that Rana was to assure students and commercial communities from J&K in Uttar Pradesh. Food Minister Satish Sharma arrived in Dehradun, where he interacted with Jammu and Kashmir with Kashmiri students, business community members and others.
