Online misuse of HC orders, lawyers in Nanital rape case

Uttarakhand High Court On Thursday, the Nanital Police directed to investigate and report online misuse to target their judges and lawyers in the rape case associated with a minor girl. The court has asked SSP Nanital To submit a report by Monday.The rape case is related to the alleged sexual assault of a 12 -year -old girl by 73 -year -old contractor Mohammad Usman in Nainital on 12 April, an incident caused by Largescale violence and arson in the hill station.
