Iran’s airspace is closed, but due to this issue, we are arranging to open it for a safe route to Indian citizens.” He said, “We consider Indian citizens as our people. They are like Iranians.” Hosaini said, “Around 1,000 Indians who were shifted from Tehran to Cum and then Mashad will be evacuated in New Delhi on three charter flights.” “The first flight will land at New Delhi Airport tonight and there will be two more flights on Saturday,” they confirmed.The Iranian officer mentioned the possibility of arranging additional flights if needed. Hosaini confirmed that Tehran is collaborating with the Ministry of External Affairs and the Indian Embassy in Tehran to ensure safe withdrawal processes.“We are arranging a safe route to Indians that want to leave through wind or through the third countries or directly from Iran,” he said. He assured that all Indians are safe in Iran, given that some Indian students had recently suffered injuries on an student hostel in Tehran during an Israeli air strike.On Thursday, 110 Indian students returned home through Land Crossing after a visit from Iran to Armenia.The military conflict between Israel and Iran began a week ago.
