New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday issued a strict warning to Pakistan at its first public address after Operation Sindoor, stating that India only took “military action” and retaliated on its terms on another terrorist attack.PM Modi said, “We will monitor every step of Pakistan,” unless it is related to terrorism or the return of Pakistan -occupied Kashmir, taking out any dialogue. He said, “Terror and talks cannot go together. Neither can terror and trade,” he said.The PM warned that Pakistan’s support for terrorism would decline, announcing that peace cannot be achieved until the terrorist infrastructure ends. “The way the Pakistani Army and the Government of Pakistan are encouraging terrorism, it will one day destroy Pakistan,” he said. “If Pakistan wants to survive, it will have to destroy its terrorist infrastructure. There is no other way of peace.”Operation Sindor: India’s responseIndia launched Operation Sindoor on 22 April after the Pahalgam terror attack, killing 26 people. In vengeance, accurate attacks were carried out on terrorist camps in Jammu and Kashmir (Pojk) occupied by Pakistan and Pakistan, killing more than 100 terrorists.
