Passex 2025: INS Tabar joins the UK Career Strike Group in the Arabian Sea; See the pics. Bharat News

The Indian Navy and the UK’s Career Strike Group conducted a joint naval exercise in the North Arabian Sea, strengthening of maritime security cooperation. Along with this, Navy employees between India and Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur focused on increasing bilateral navy busyness and future cooperation.

The Indian Navy organized a high-profile route exercise (PASSEX) with the United Kingdom’s Career Strike Group in the North Arabian Sea on 9 and 10 June, which strengthens its commitment to maritime security and international cooperation.The drill was working with INS Tabar, a secret frigate, an Indian Navy submarine and a P-8i sea patrol aircraft, the UK’s HMS Prince of Wales and HMS Richmund. Exercise included coordinated submarine antimarine operations, complex strategic maneuvers, integrated helicopter operations and a professional exchange of naval officers.Here are some pictures from marine exercise:

Along with this, on the diplomatic front, the rear admiral Shantinu Jha, NM, led the Indian delegation to interact with the 10th Navy-Nasikh employees with the Royal Malaysian Navy in Kuala Lumpur. His counterpart, first Admiral Harisunder Raju, Senior Director of Operations and Training, led the Malaysian side. The current cooperation and upcoming joint initiatives focused on the aim to further enhance the cooperation of the Navy.The Indian Navy shared in a post on X, “The two sides discussed the online schemes outlined for the ongoing bilateral Navy and future collaborative activities.”In a parallel diplomatic move, Poly, Secretary of India (East) P. Kumaran met Hajah Joharia Binti Abdul Wahab, a permanent secretary of the Ministry of External Affairs of Brunei Darussalam, during a meeting of senior officials of the East Asia Summit in Penang, Malaysia.
