Pawan Khera’s ‘Sandesh for Boss’ swipe on Kiren Rijiju’s Cryptic Poetic Post

New Delhi: Rahul Gandhi, after interrogating the government on Operation Sindoor, between the political slugfest between the Congress and the Bharatiya Janata Party, Union Minister Kiren Rijiju on Monday took a veil with a poetic reference from Ramdhari Singh Dinkarad on the Grand Old Party and its top brass. In a social media post on X, Rijiju quoted Rashmirati and said, “Jab Nasha Manuj is a flour, Pahle Vivek Viva Hai” (When the Qayamat descends on a man, the reason is the first destruction)He said, “A famous line of a poem by Ramdhari Singh Dinkar. This means that when a person faces the situation of destruction, his reason has already been destroyed,” he said.Meanwhile, in response, Congress leader Poly Khera Carry back, questioning Rijiju’s intentions behind the cryptic post.“Why are you sending a message to your own boss through Twitter, brother?” Khera responded to Rijiju’s post. This comes when Rahul questioned Foreign Affairs Minister S Jaishankar on his comment on Operation Sindoor, asking how many Indian aircraft were lost during the operation.Quoting a video of Jaishankar, Rahul wrote, “It was a crime to inform Pakistan at the beginning of our attack. Eam has publicly acknowledged that the Government of India has done so.”“Who authorized it? As a result, how many aircraft our Air Force lost?” He asked.“Eam Jaishankar’s silence is not just telling – it is harmful. So I will ask again: Pakistan knew how many Indian aircraft we had lost?” Gandhi posted on X, while resuming his earlier post.“It was not a lapse. It was a crime. And the nation is entitled to the truth,” he said.On 17 May, Rahul shared an uncontrolled video of Jaishankar, in which the minister is heard saying that “India warned Pakistan before starting an attack on the terrorist infrastructure”.After Rahul’s comments, the BJP called the Congress leader “frightening”.BJP’s Amit Malviya said in a post on X, “Rahul Gandhi’s burial is not only casual – it is frightening. He is speaking the language of Pakistan.”The Ministry of External Affairs denied Rahul’s claim, called it “wrong bayani of facts”.Mea clarified that the government “warned Pakistan during the initial phase after the onset of Operation Sindoor,” not before it begins. It was noted that Jaishankar had said, “We had initially warned Pakistan, which is clearly the initial stage after the onset of OP Sindoor.”The ministry said, “It is being represented incorrectly as a warning issued before it starts. This wrong bayani of facts is being called out.”Operation Sindoor was launched on 7 May for retaliation for the deadly Pahgam terror attack, targeting terrorist bases in Pakistan and Pakistan -occupied Kashmir.
