Guwahati: Assam Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) Anurag Goyal has issued a high-ethics instruction to all district election officials (DEOs) for the preparation of a special intensive amendment (SIR) of the election role before the Election Commission (EC).The CEO’s order said that all the Election Registration Officer (EROS), Assistant Aeros and Booth-level Officers (BLOS) will be in the place before the SIR schedule announced.
