“Yes, we are talking to China. I would say that they have reached many times,” Trump told reporters at the oval office, the news agency AFP told.
The US leader also revealed that both sides were in conversation as they had increased the tariff on China by 145 percent, with Beijing for their broad “liberation day” for “Liberation Day” worldwide, which they announced on 2 April.

However, Trump asked if he spoke directly with his Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping, despite leaving several signs in the past, he was talked directly to him.
He said, “I never said whether they had happened or not. It is not appropriate.”
However, if Xi had reached her when she was suppressed by reporters, Trump replied: “You think it was very clear that she has, but we will talk about that soon.”
