New Delhi/Sasharam: With the back of Bihar for the assembly elections with Bihar, the Leader of the Opposition in LS Rahul Gandhi has been fully prepared to start a ‘Vote Adhikar Yatra’ from Sasram in Rohta district, which to highlight the alleged attack on the rights of voting through the state’s electoral amendment (sir) and “Rahul will join the yatra, spread over 16 days, is part of “Mahagathandan” in Bihar by block parties of India, such as Tejashvi Yadav of RJD. Yatra will conclude with a performance of strength at a rally at Gandhi Maidan in Patna on 1 sept 1.On Saturday, on X, Rahul said, “Sixteen days, 20-plus districts, 1,300-plus kilometers. We are coming among people with voter rights. It is the right to protect the most fundamental democratic rights-‘A person, one vote’. Join us in Bihar to save the Constitution. ,Addressing a press conference in Delhi about the yatra – which begins at the Sashram parliamentary constituency in South Bihar, which is seen as a Congress stronghold – party spokesperson Pawan Khera said that the yatra will travel to the districts to cover the state – 20 August, 25, 25 and 31. Said.CPI (ML) Mukti confirmed TOI that its general secretary Dipankar Bhattacharya would join Rahul along with Karkat MP Raja Ram. CPM executive Subashini Ali will also be part of the journey. CPI is also part of the India block.Khera alleged that Sir had actually exposed BJP’s designs to millions of voters, including Dalits, Adivasis, minorities, poor people and daily wages.He said that the Election Commission has been forced to improve the curriculum, thanks to the people of Bihar, workers and the Congress and the block workers of India who raised their voice against Sir. Khera said, it was only after the intervention of the Supreme Court that the EC was forced to solve the concerns of common people and voters.Khera said that the purpose of the yatra was to ensure awareness and vigilance among the people so that the Modi government would not continue with conspiracy to deprive the people of Bihar of voting rights.
