Prince al-Valid bin Khalid al-Sow faced brain injuries and internal bleeding in a terrible accident at just 15 years of age. Since then, he was placed on a ventilator, but he never gained complete consciousness. Experts from the US and Spain treated him but he never came out of the coma, besides showing small movements. Prince Al-Walid was studying at a military college in London when he was involved in a disastrous car accident. After the accident, he was admitted to the hospital in King Abdulziz Medical City of Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia, where he stayed in a coma.The clips shared on social media in 2020 showed that Prince Al-Walid raised his fingers and congratulated a woman.His father took care of him for the last two decades and opposed the withdrawal of life support. Born in April 1990, Prince Al Walid was the eldest son of Rajkumar Khalid bin Talal al -Saud, a prominent Saudi royal and nephew of billionaire Prince Al Walid bin Talal.
