He said, “I am grateful to Kapil Sibal and Rachna Srivastava. Despite his body’s solution, he is here. I openly appreciate his appearance,” he said.He said, “What has been lost by the association is involved in the presence of a full court – he is a very, very good judge. There are different types of judges, but it should not be a factor to deny what should happen,” he said.Justice Masih echoed similar feelings, emphasizing the importance of preserving institutional traditions. “Funny, as already expressed by the Chief Justice, I am sorry, but I have to say that traditions need to be followed and respected. Good traditions should always continue,” he said.In his farewell comments, CJI Gavai made a judicial visit to Justice Trivedi from district courts to the Supreme Court, in view of his fairness, perseverance and dedication. “He should always be known for fairness, perseverance, caution, hard work, devotion, dedication, industry, integrity,” he said, calling it a valuable property for the judiciary.Justice Trivedi is believed to have been known for a nonsense approach on the bench, it is believed that some of the recent decisions have been told about some members of the legal fraternity. In particular, he ordered an inquiry of the CBI that a fake petition was filed in the Supreme Court using a fake -appropriate law.
