Jammu: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha has said a special Jammu and Kashmir assembly session on the Pahgam terror attack on April 28 after consulting the government led by Omar Abdullah.
The move came a day when Army chief General Upendra Dwivedi met Sinha and urged that effective steps were taken to provide justice to the Pahgam attackers. The National Conference (NC) government led by Umar requested Sinha to call a special session on Wednesday. It was a day after the attack.
