Pune: Opposition parties accused the BJP of implementing dual standards, a few hours after the neckophantic stallwart Chhagan Bhujbal was included in the state cabinet on Tuesday.“This was the same BJP that started an investigation against Bhujbal by the Enforcement Directorate and placed it behind bars. Now the same BJP has welcomed him in the cabinet. This reflects his double standards, “said Harshwordan Sapkal, President of the State Congress. He further said that this is an ideal example of how the “washing machine” of the BJP works. “This is the BJP’s style of work where it records matters and targets politicians of other parties, and when they join hands with them, the same politicians are rewarded.” The AAP alleged that the BJP was playing opportunistic politics. Maharashtra AAP’s Spocsparson Mukund said, “It was Devendra Fadnavis and Kirit Somaiya who made serious allegations against Bhujbal. Now what happened on all those allegations? The BJP campaigned to others about playing clean politics, but when the party talked about practicing it, the party never follows it,” said the Spockerson of Maharashtra AAP said.Amidst the speculation of reunion with Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar’s faction, Sharad Pawar’s NCP (SP) reacted carefully. Jayant Patil, head of the state’s NCP (SP), said, “Initially, Bhujbal was excluded from the cabinet, but finally he got an opportunity to work as a minister. The cabinet needs some experience, and Bhujbal has a lot.”The Mahayati was ignored during the formation of the second term of the government, OBC Strongman Bhujbal was sworn in as a minister at a function in Mumbai on Tuesday. He has so far been allotted a portfolio.
