The helicopter crashed in Hudson had no flight recorder, already flew seven times that day, investigators claim

On Thursday, the sick helicopter drowned in the Hudson River resulted in six deaths, allegedly seven flights were completed that day and there was a shortage of flight recording equipment.

Officials confirmed the aircraft operated without a flight recorder, and no video or camera equipment is located at the accident site. Additionally, investigators have been unable to recover any audio recording from the aircraft system.
According to the NTSB statement, an important part of the debris has been recovered including cockpit, cabin, forward tail boom section, horizontal stabilizer finalelets and vertical fin. The main rotor remains unabated for the blade.
All recovered debris is being sent to NTSB facilities to Washington DC for fully analyzing, while investigators continue to work towards determining the cause of the incident.
The earlier report about the accident indicated to experts that a mechanical failure may have motivated the main rotar to hit the tail, making the aircraft separate. An aviation lawyer also noted that the video suggests a terrible failure that gave the pilot no chance to gain control.
Another report revealed that the tragedy pointed to the mismanagement of the private company. New York Helicopter Tour As the helicopter reported a mechanical issue months ago. According to data from Federal Aviation Administration, the ownership and operated aircraft of the New York Helicopter experienced a mechanical issue with its transmission assembly last September. Records suggest that Dumed Chopper was built in 2004 and had already logged at the time of 12,728 hours when it was forced to repair.
The most recent broad inspection of the aircraft was completed on 1 March.
The investigation revolves around the helicopter that was in the middle through a sightseeing on the banks of the Hudson River on Thursday, taking Spanish tourists, when it suddenly landed and crashed into cold water.
Spanish family – Augustin Escobar, Mars Montal, and their children Augustin (10), Mercedes (8), and Victor (4) – with Navy veteran pilot scene Johnson, all lost their lives in the incident.
