New Delhi: Despite the call for the government-evidence coordination, it was postponed 20 minutes after the start of the Lok Sabha in the monsoon session, in response to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s US President Donald Trump amidst the slogans of opposition MPs, claims were sought for the peace deal between India and Pakistan.The Parliament started paying tribute to the victims of the Pahalgam terrorist attack and the Air India AI -171 aircraft accident victims. However, opposition MPs soon started shouting slogans of “PM Modi Job Do” and demanded immediate discussion on Operation Sindoor.Speaker Om Birla assured the House that he would allow the discussion on the topic after the hour of question, but the opposition MPs continued to protest against the well, which led to the adjournment by 12 noon.Birla said, “You should give notice, and whatever the issue is, the question will be discussed after the hour. The house should work on the first day, and there should be a good discussion. I will give every MP appropriate time and opportunity,” Birla said.He said, “The government wants to respond to every issue. The House should work. You have not come here to raise slogans. Works according to the rules and regulations of the house. All the issues raised according to the rules will be discussed,” he said.This Union Minister Kiren Rijiju called for the government-evident coordination to ensure the smooth work of the session and reiterated that the center would “give appropriate reply” if the opposition raised the issue of claims of US President Donald Trump on Operation Sindoor.Earlier in the day, PM Modi addressed the media before the session and said that the monsoon session is an opportunity for the celebration as “Vijayotsav”.The Prime Minister also appreciated the role of all parties in reaching the world community and exposing Pakistan as a shelter for terrorist sponsorship.The monsoon session of Parliament started from Monday and will run till August 21. This session is expected to be stormy, the opposition -led government is preparing to confront several issues.The opposition has demanded a discussion on the Pahalgam terror attack, Operation Sindoor, and it is called “drip” in foreign policy, saying that Prime Minister Narendra Modi should personally answer these debates.
