A small female boxer has filed a sexual harassment complaint against a female coach at the Sports Authority of the National Boxing Academy of India in Rohtak. The victim’s parents have said that their daughter has fallen into depression due to constant mental and physical abuse.The Boxing Federation of India and Sports Authority of India has confirmed a complaint about the incidents of intimidating and slapping the 17 -year -old victim. However, they refuse to be informed about the sexual harassment mentioned in the FIR.The internal investigation by both organizations found no evidence against the coach. The coach has continued to lead the national camp for junior and young boxers.The victim’s cedar, filed at an Rohtak police station, said that the coach tried to force her clothes, slapped her several times, threatened her career, and labeled her as a “person of bad character” in front of other boxers.The police have filed a complaint under sections 10 and 351 (3) of the Indian Nai Code along with the safety of children from Section 10 of the Sexual Abuse Act.Sai has expressed a desire to assist in investigation if needed.“… We have not received any such cedar copy so far. However, a complaint was filed by an email by a female boxer from NBA Rohtak, in which on 24/4/25, he accused a female coach of mental and physical harassment by a female coach during an invitation boxing tournament from 25 March 2025 to 3 April 2025. “A detailed investigation was conducted in which statements of complainants, coaches, fellow coaches and staff members and fellow athletes were made and the allegations made could not be established.”

But the coaches did not accompany him to fight and did not allow any other coach to accompany him. He even stopped my daughter’s fellow boxers from helping or supporting her during boxing. We have CCTV footage to prove that my daughter was alone in the ring. ,Boxer’s parents, who have won two national level gold medals, have tampered with the coach.“The coach accused my daughter of talking to the boys excessively. He called other boxers, insulted him in front of him and asked him to bring his phone. When my daughter turned to her room as per the instructions, she chased her inside and tried to touch her improperly after closing the room from inside. He forcibly tried to take off my daughter’s clothes and when she protested and pushed her, the coach repeatedly slapped her. He then pulled her into the training hall and asked my daughter to write that she had two phones and was using one of them to talk to the boys, “he accused.Parents said that their daughter was slapped to refuse to follow the instructions. Sai’s investigation received no support for these claims from other boxers present during the tour.“She threatened my daughter’s results, if she complained against her behavior. She also called her mentally unstable. The coach not only took my daughter’s call, but forced her to share her password even after slapping her. She also snatched her personal diary. My daughter is in depression and shock.”Parents learned from one of their camp partners about their daughter’s status. He approached Rohtak, where he revealed his experiences to him.
