The bench directed YouTube channel to take video and stopped social media platforms from displaying clips.In the SC’s judgment, punishing advocate Prashant Bhushan for contempt in 2020, a three-judge bench, of which Justice Gawai was a part, said, “If a scary attack on judges is made, it will be difficult for them to work fearlessly and with the fairness of the approach to issues.,
