What is an international visa program?
The investigation targeted the exchange visitor program, under which Harvard has several students, professors and intern. Rubio gave the university a week limit to submit a list of university records related to the student visa program. He said that the department has planned to interview the university employees associated with the program and they may also want to talk with visa holders.
