Today gold rate: Gold prices cross 1 lakh rupees in the physical market; Yellow metal on MCX hits 99,178/10gms

Gold Rate Today: Gold June Futures on MCX reached a new record high of Rs 99,178 per 10 grams on Tuesday, growing about Rs 1,900 from the previous session to the retail market after crossing the limit of Rs 1 lakh.
In the physical market on Monday, gold was trading at Rs 97,200 per 10 grams before GST. After incorporating 3% GST, retail prices exceeded significant Rs 1 lakh per 10 grams.
Futures in silver 0.33% open 95,562/kg, seeing an increase of Rs 315.
The last trading session saw positive closure for both domestic and international precious metals. Gold June Futures ended at Rs 97,279 per 10 grams with a profit of 2.13%, while wisters in silver ended at Rs 95,247 per kg to 0.22%.
Amidst the uncertainty of the global market, there was an ups and downs in the gold and silver markets. The dollar index fell until 3 years of climb after disagreement about the reduction in interest rate between US President and Fed Chairman.
The US Dollar Index (DXY) was trading near 98.12, below 0.16%. Weak US dollars enhanced Gold’s appeal as a safe-disbursement property.
The US-China trade stress resulted in a safe safe demand for gold to sleep increased. Silver prices rose initially but retreated from daily high due to benefiting in industrial metals.
