Train derailment near Shivaji Bridge in Delhi: There is no casualties as a coach; Restoration work is going on. Bharat News

New Delhi: A coach of an EMU (Electric Multiple Unit) train derailed near Shivaji Bridge in the capital on Thursday afternoon, said the officials said. The incident took place around 4.10 pm, while the train was from Ghaziabad to Nizamuddin railway station. There is no casualties or injuries.A senior police officer said, “A train coach derailed, however, no person has any injury or property damage. Police personnel, RPF staff and railway officials are present on the site.” Railway officials confirmed that the site was currently undergoing restoration work to resume normal operations. After the passenger train derails, workers can be seen on the site that completes the restoration work.The official said, “The remaining coaches have been removed from there. Only the derailed coaches are still on the site. Railway engineers are working to solve the issue.”
