Trump Democrats can set CPSC members on fire: Scots supported the US President; Reverse the lower court order

In a 6-3 judgment on Wednesday, the US Supreme Court along with President Donald Trump biased in a case of removing three Democratic members from the Consumer Excise Safety Commission (CPSC). The ruling Trump allows to proceed with dismissal, eliminating the decisions before a federal judge and reinstated the members of the board by an appeal court. Three officers Mary Boyle, Alexander Hon-Sric and Richard Trumka Junior were removed from the CPSC by the Trump administration. He was later reinstated by American District Judge Matthew Madox, who illegally ruled the firing. Madox, who appointed Biden, said the structure of the independent agency did not violate Trump’s constitutional powers under Article II. Trump’s legal team challenged the verdict in the Supreme Court, arguing that the President had the right to remove members of independent boards. The administration cited a recent decision in which other federal bodies claimed an example of the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) and the Merit System Protection Board (MSPB) here. The three out members opposed the emergency appeal, indicating that their sudden removal would harm the functioning of the CPSC and lack any clear urgency, especially since the administration waited for four months to work. Justice Sonia Sotomore, Elena Kagan, and Ketanji Brown Jackson separated from the verdict.
