New Delhi: AIADMK suspects facts and data on Sunday Welfare schemes In Tamil Nadu, he was listed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and was dubbed as “long claims” amidst the ongoing speculation of a possible alliance with the BJP in the state.
AIADMK national spokesperson Kovai Satya claimed that the beneficiaries of the Center’s plans have been fake since DMK came to power in Tamil Nadu.
“We welcome anyone who brings welfare measures and benefits to the state as well as people, but what is surprising is that the Prime Minister made long claims made on concrete houses and piped water connections.”
“Since DMK came to power, all the beneficiaries are fake. All central government-contaminated schemes; The beneficiaries are not real. Crores and crores of money have been cheated … I am not sure that the BJP is turning its eyes towards it.”
Palaniswami of AIADMK general secretary and former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Edappi’s Palaniswami came to know about the revival of the BJP-AIADMK alliance after meeting Union Home Minister Amit Shah.

Earlier in the day, while listing the milestone of development, PM Modi said that Chennai Metro, 77 modern railway stations, and newly constructed roads of 4,000 km under the Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana had changed connectivity in Tamil Nadu.
He said that under the PM Avas Yojana, more than 12 lakh confirmed houses were built in the state. He said that small farmers in Tamil Nadu received Rs 12,000 crore under the PM-Kisan Yojana, and crop insurance claims worth Rs 14,800 crore were distributed through the PM Crop Bima Yojana.
On the fisheries region, the Prime Minister said that Tamil Nadu had earned important investment through PM Matsya Sampa Yojana. “Tamil Nadu’s fishing community is very hardworking … and the world can clearly see the strength of the state in the blue economy,” he said.
