<p>New Delhi: Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha ordered two government employees to be dismissed on Thursday <!-- -->Terror Link<!-- -->The news agency ANI reported citing sources.<br />Employees were identified as senior assistants of PWD Ishtiaq Ahmed Malik and Assistant Wireless Operator at J&A Police Bashrat Ahmed Mir. The dismissal was called for Article 311 (2) (C) of the Constitution.<br />Appointed in 2000, Malik was working for “Jamaat-e-Islami and <!-- -->Hizbul Mujahideen<!-- -->“An organized organization banned by India, the United States and the European Union. During an investigation into a case related to Hizbul terrorist Mohammad Ishaq, his links with a banned terrorist dress came out, who were arrested in 2022.<br />During interrogation, he revealed that Malik was providing shelter, food and logistics to the terrorists. He was later arrested on 17 May 2022 and a charge sheet with Ishaq under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA).<br />“He facilitated the construction of a network of sympathizers, who later became foot soldiers of Ground Workers (OGWS) and Hezbul Mujahideen Terror Outfit. He was also providing food, shelter and other logistics to the terrorists, which shared information related to the movement of security forces.<br />During interrogation, government employee Ishtiaq Malik also revealed that he played an important role in the crowd for road violence, arson and heart after the murder of Hizbul terrorist Burhan Wani. On July 9, 2016, Malik led a violent crowd armed with stones, petrol bombs and sticks. Sources further said.<br />Meanwhile, Bashrat Ahmed Mir was appointed as a police constable operator in 2010 and was posted in various units of J&K police until 2017.<br />Sources said in December 2023, reliable inputs were received that Bashrat was in touch with a Pakistani intelligence operative and was sharing important and important information with the opponent.<br />“He was posted in a hypersensitive establishment, which is highly unsafe for espionage attacks from opponents, and therefore, his dismissal was the only option to protect the nation’s integrity and sovereignty,” said sources.<br />So far, more than 70 government employees with terrorist links have been rejected by Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha. <br />Earlier, Sinha had instructed the Jammu and Kashmir Police to hunt terrorists and their colleagues, emphasizing that the terrorism was taking its last breath in the UT.</div>
