The Shekha Hind Bint Maktaum family program was launched in September 2023 by the Community Development Authority (CDA) in Dubai, with the onset of operational plan and soft implementation. Registration can be completed by calling the ‘Emiti’ platform on the Dubai Now app, or by calling 800 2121 through the website of the Community Development Authority. These benefits apply to new members of Dubai weddings from January 4, 2025. An additional benefit includes a distance work provision for newly married female employees after returning from maternity leave, strengthening the work-life balance in the early stages of family life.
