This is not a new requirement and a good moral character usually refers to the absence of criminal offenses to disqualify the conduct mentioned in the American Immigration Act, but the new policy stated that “good moral character” evaluation will be expanded.

Rand said, “They are trying to enhance the base for the refusal of American citizenship by torturing the definition of good moral character to involve extremely harmless behavior.”
