US spy agencies reject Trump’s claim on Venezuela’s gangs: Memo

Washington: US intelligence agencies rejected a claim by President Donald Trump, according to a disintegrated Memo issued on Monday, Al Salvador was used to justify the exile of Venezuela more than 200 Venezuela.
Memorandum by the National Intelligence Council, dated 7 April, knows that Trump’s claims do not believe that the train D Argu (TDA) is associated with the government of Criminal gang Venezuela President Nicolas Maduro.
Trump used a vague warfare law – 1798 Alien Enemy Act (AEA) – He alleged to deport people that L. was a TDA member in the maximum security jail at Salvador.
Memo read,
Memo was first tied up with intelligence conclusions reported by the New York Times in March, stating that American spy agencies were on obstacles with Trump’s claims.
A day after that report, the Department of Justice announced “a criminal investigation related to the wrongly selective leak, but still classified, information from the intelligence community related to Train D Argu (TDA).”
Deputy Attorney General Todd Blancch said, “We will not tolerate political efforts by Deep State by reducing the agenda of President Trump by leaking false information on the pages of our colleagues in the New York Times.”
Monday’s memorandum was issued after a request under the Freedom of Information Act by the freedom of the Press Foundation, which provided a copy to the Times.
The Supreme Court removed the order of a lower court last month, blocking the exile of the unwarded migrants under the AEA, but said they should be given an opportunity to challenge their removal.
AEA was used to score Japanese-American nationals during World War II.
The Trump administration has sent members of the over 200 alleged TDA gangs to Al Salvador, and used the images of the exempted and their heads are shaved in the maximum security jail as it is proof that it is breaking on illegal immigration.
US authorities have given very few public evidence to support claims that all were members of the exiled TDA.
The lawyers have condemned the fact that some deports were accused of membership due to their tattoos.
