New Delhi: A flash flood killed Uttarkashi district of Uttarakhand, which destroyed the high-height village of Dharali as a mass boom of water and debris, swept away within seconds, to wash buildings and people.Flash floods through houses, trees and cars in Dharali, to trap 60-70 people and kill at least four.PM Modi paid attention to the situation and spoke with Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami.Dharli, the source of the Ganges is an important stop on the route of Gangotry, the house of many hotels, restaurants and houses.Officials said that about half the village was buried under a edge of mud, debris and water, as rescue teams fought in the delicate Himalayan region to limit the afternoon destruction.
