A Bangladesh radical group pledges on Afghanistan run by the Taliban for the country

Dhaka: Radical Islamic Group Jamaat-Four Maini has openly vowed to model Bangladesh on the lines of Taliban-ruled Afghanistan, its leader said that introducing Sharia law in the country would be part of the agenda.In an interview with US-based Bangladeshi journalist and editor-in-chief of Thikana News, Muhiuddin on 1 July, Char Maini Pir Mufti Syed Muhammad Faizul Karim said, “If the government is formed by winning the national election, the Islamic Movement will show Sharia law in the country.” “The current governance system of Afghanistan will be followed,” he said. “If we come to power, the Hindu will also get authority in the Sharia law which we will present. The rights of the minorities will also be implemented,” Karim assured. He also said that the “good things” of America, Britain and Russia who do not struggle with Sharia will be accepted.
