Iran has no plans to retaliate in response to the US attacks on its nuclear program last month, a senior government official on Thursday told NBC News, saying that the country was open to talks with Washington. But he said that his country will be open for talks.“We are for diplomacy and we are for dialogue,” Takht-Ravenchi said, “but the US government needs to convince us that they are negotiating, while we are not using military force.
