Why Indian-Rule FBI director Kash Patel can investigate the use of the private fleet of the agency’s jets

FBI’s Indian -origin director Kash Patel set fire to government aircraft for allegedly pursuing personal trips and some Senate Democrats have asked the US government’s accountability office to review the data. The CBS reported that if the review is held, Parel’s flight records were the purpose of his visit, the money spent and whether Patel reimbursed the government for personal visits.
Travels to participate in sports programs, meet girlfriend
In April, the Director of the FBI carried out several demonstrations, which could be matched with the details of the travel, to find out if he had taken his FBI jet and whether he had reimbursed the case of personal visits. On 5 April, Kash Patel participated in a charity hockey game hosted by the FBI. The next day, his jet was back to JFK Airport and Patel was seen in a hockey match, where the NHL scoring record was broken by Alex Ovechen, star Alex Ovechen of Washington Capital.
Reports claimed that Patel used the FBI’s Gulfstream 5 Jet for a visit to Las Vegas, where he has a house, and Nashville, where Patel’s girlfriend, a country singer Alexis Wilkins, lives. Patel’s several trips were captured by public flight trackers, a week’s end to Las Vegas on 7 March and a week’s end of a week in Nashville on 24 March.
FBI Director can use government aircraft for individual travel
The CBS report stated that it is at the director’s discretion of how many times the government aircraft should be used for a personal journey and for what specific purposes, the CBS report said. In 2013, the GAO finally examined the use of FBI aircraft for “non-mission” purposes and made a detailed accounting that the aircraft was used by the director as well as the Attorney General, which also had access to the aircraft.
Kash Patel saw more in nightclubs
Frank Figlozi, a former FBI official, claimed more time in nightclubs than in Patel office, resulting in a complete chaos at the FBI headquarters as no one is in day-to-day matters and Kash Patel mostly works from his Las Vegas’s house.
