In a video, Meloni can be heard praising Modi, “you are the best” and “I am trying to be as you”.Later on X, Meloni said, “Italy and India are associated with a great friendship”. This Modi replied, “PM Meloni fully agrees with you. India’s friendship with Italy will continue to be strong, our people will benefit greatly.”The coordination of the leaders has attracted public attention, including CO in Dubai in 2023, during which Meloni posted a selfie with Modi and captioned it “Good friend in CO”.
